Ref:- Dy.CCM(PM)-CCG’s letter No. C548/2/6/1 Vol. II dated-28/01/2021.

With reference to above subject, please find enclosed herewith copy of HQ letter under reference in connection with 100% implementation of Online Coaching balance sheet w.e.f 01-03-2021. As the same is directly monitored at Railway Board level, all sectional CMIs/DCMIs are instructed to ensure 100% implementation of coaching balance sheet in their beat without fail.

Further as a ready reference, a Online coaching balance sheet manual is enclosed herewith. Also DCMIs/CMIs are instructed to send a consolidated report in regard to changes/modifications required in the current module after consultation with the respective beat stations so that the same can be forwarded to HQ for implementation.

Ensure strict compliance of above. Any failure in this regard will be view seriously and concerned staff will be taken up for action under DAR.

2) Member [Operations & Business Development) & Ex-Officio Secretary to Govt. of India, letter No. GM/UTS/CRIS letter no. 2020/AM(M&BD)/CRIS dt. 22.01.2021 Please find enclosed Chief Administrative Officer/PTS letter quoted above along with the letter from Member (O&BD), Railway Board, vide letter referred above has mentioned that the software for Coaching Balance Sheet (in UTS) has been developed by CRIS and implemented partially by several zones.

Member (O&BD) has further directed that Online Coaching Balance sheet must be fully implemented and 1st March 2021 is the target date for the implementation of Online Coaching Balance sheet in all aspect. The office of the undersigned will provide all necessary assistance in this regard.

In view of the above, it is requested to ensure 100 % online preparation of Online Coaching Balance sheet through UTS as Accounts Department will accept only Online Coaching Balance sheet.

Any issue in preparation of Online Coaching Balance Sheet and acceptance of the same may be advised to this office immediately to ensure resolution by CRIS, without any further delay.
