Apropos to the above, kindly find enclosed herewith a copy of HQ’s letter under reference in connection with incorporation of new functionalities e-TR note and one-to- one Mapping of Account Heads under the Station Coaching Balance Sheet Application by CRIS, which will be release in on-line Balance Sheet Application w.e.f. 01.01.2025. In view of it, all UTS Balance Sheet locations are instructed to finalize and submit the December 2024 month Balance Sheet on or before 03.01.2025 so that new Balance Sheet Application can be released on time.

2. Board’s letter No.2024/AC-II/45/2 dated 04.12.2024 (copy enclosed).

With reference to the above subject, as per Board’s directive CRIS has incorporated new functionalities e-TR (electronic Treasury Remittance) note & and one-to-one Mapping of Account Heads under the Station Coaching Balance Sheet Application. These new functionalities will be released in on-line Balance Sheet Application w.e.f. 01.01.2025. All UTS balance sheet locations should finalize and submit the December-2024 month balance sheet on or before

03.01.2024 so that new balance sheet application can be released on time.

It is advised that all UTS locations should prepare system generated e-TR note w.e.f.

01.01.2025. Detailed instructions for preparing e-TR notes and ensuring accurate accounting of earnings are attached for your reference.

For the successful implementation of e-TR Note, it is of utmost importance that the station staff should be very careful while preparing e-TR Note on day to day basis. Any discrepancies or difficulties should be reported to UTS Console on the same day.

Divisions are requested to monitor e-Coaching Balance Sheet preparation on day to day basis and ensure that the Balance Sheet should be correct in all respect so that it is seamlessly copied into the Traffic Accounts Management System (TAMS).

Necessary instruction may please be issued to all concerned.
