With reference to above subject, please find enclose herewith copy of HQ letter under reference in connection with resumption of UTS Mobile APP and ATVMs for issuing of unreserved tickets w.e.f. 01.07.2022 to facilitate general passengers.

All concerned CBSs are instructed to keep ATVMs in network so that CRIS can make modifications in application and enable for ticketing. Also all DCMIs/CMIs and booking supervisors will ensure that all booking staff working under them are well versed with rules and working procedure of UTS Mobile app.

No. C 157/7/Mobile phone ticketing (e file 8450) Date: 24.06.2022 Sr.DCM- BCT/BRC/ADI/RJT/RTM/BVP Sub: Resumption of UTS Mobile APP and ATVMs for issuing of unreserved tickets over Non Suburban stations.

With reference to the above, issue of unreserved tickets through UTS Mobile APP and ATVMs over non suburban section was disabled since 23.03.2020 due to COVID-19 protocol.

GS/SLR-D coaches in WR originating Mail Express trains, will be de-reserved w.e.f. 01.07.2022. In view of de-reservation of GS/SLR-D coaches issuance of tickets of unreserved tickets through UTS on Mobile APP and ATVMs over non suburban section will be enable w.e.f. 01.07.2022 to facilitate general passengers.

It is requested that all installed ATVMs are to be kept in network so that CRIS can make modifications in application and enable for ticketing.

Necessary instruction may please be issued to all concerned and compliance ensured in this regard.
