Clarification sought by W.C. Railway vide their letter referred to above regarding issue of school pass to daughter of Shri 5.0. Jethi SDGM, West Central Railway who is a 2” year BAL.L.B. student of National Law Institute at Bhopal to attend internship in Delhi has been considered in Board’s Office. Ii has been decided that since the purpose of visit of Kmr. Nifisha Jethi gets covered under the provision as laid down at S.No. (ix) under Column 3(Entitlement) Schedule Hl of Railway
