1730399282024 wea सस्कार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंतालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (aa बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No. E(N6)/2019/PM1/14 New Delhi, dated 10.07.2024 The General Manager (P), West Central Railway, Jabalpur, Sub: Regarding Promotion/Seniority/Transfer of the Commercial Department after merging of three categories (CC,TC & ECRC). Ref: WCR's letter no. WCR/HQ/Ruling/Comm!./Merging Category Dir/E- 88787 dated 09.08.2023. RRR Please refer to your above mentioned letter on the above subject. The matter has been examined in Board's of fice and it is advised that: i. Since the selections were notified prior to the cut-off date stipulating AVC of merged cadre, the employees empanelled would be governed by the conditions of notification and not by subsequent changes. ii, As it has been decided that fresh intake in the cadre would be in the merged cadre and own request transfers are against the direct recruitment vacancies, therefore it would be in scheme of things to treat them as fresh intake on the basis of their intake against direct recruitment vacancies.
