Sub : Preventive measure to contain the spread of “COVID-19” virus- Reg.

All Railwaymen are aware that “COVID-19” virus is taking its shape rapidly throughout the world. As a part of fighting it out, the first method is to resort to prevention and arrest the spread of virus,

The Railway authorities are taking various measures to restrain the pandemic.

Initiating more measure, it is decided to stop issue of Passes both on Privilege and on-duty account immediately. Employees are also not to be booked on duty for various aspects like chasing of material, handing over of dak etc.

In emergency cases passes are to be issued with the approval of concerned Branch Officers only. Above instruction may a giyen wide publicity and adhered to scrupulously.
