Ref: Board’s Letter No.2013/TT-I/27/15 dated 28.07.2020; ji, Letter No.2019/CE-II/TS/25T dated 01.09.2020 as modified; iti, — Letter No.2019/CE-II/TS/25 1 dated 23.07.2024 iv. Rates Master Circular/PCC/CC+8etc./2020/0 dated 01.05.2020 and Corrigenda thereto. 1. In terms of reference at (i) & (ii) above, Board’s approval was communicated for restarting of 25 Tonne axle load operation with such rolling stock as are fit/ certified for 25 Tonne axle load on various notified routes. 2. The routes are notified in terms of Annexure-IV of reference (iii) above. 3, Matter has been examined, in the light of South Western Railway's proposal, the Competent Authority has approved to add following route, subject to the operation of 25T axle load at 45kmph, in the list attached as Annexure-IV of Rates Master Circular under reference (iii) above, as 25 Tonne axle load notified route: (i) Hosapete Jn.(HPT)- Vyasa Colony Jn.(VC)- Swamihalli(SMLI) 4. Accordingly Annexure-IV of Rates Master Circular under reference (iii) above shall be modified. 5. The speed limit can be reviewed by the Zonal Railway and may be revised as and when required. 6. Fulfilment of all pre-requisities and installation of WILD as planned as stipulated in Board's letters no.2019/CE-I/TS/25T dated 01.09.2020 and 23.07.2024 shall be ensured. 7. Further itis required to- i. Complying with all the Guidelines stipulated in RDSO's L.No. CBS/25tAxle Load dated 20.04.2009, 29.12.2016, 06.06.2018 & 15.03.2023 & letter No. 2019/CE-II/TS/25t dated 23.07.2024 and in Para No. 212A of Indian Railway Bridge Manual (IRBM). ji, Observance of all speed restrictions mentioned in Bridge Certificates. अल aaa a Tai Biv Rin Ran Now Doi 001 Fagp TOF a 2 Corrigendum No. 133 to Rates Master Circular/PCC/CC+8 etc/2020/0 ii. Completion of ongoing Bridge works (if any) for operation of 25t loading at proposed speed. 8. These instructions shall come into effect from 03.04.2025 and shall remain valid till further advice. 9.
