Corrigendum No.118 to RATES MASTER CIRCULAR/PCC/CC+8 etc/2020/0 भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रेलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No.TCR/1394/2022/BCNHL/SUGAR/3391253 Dated: 25.10.2024 महाप्रबंधक सभी क्षेत्रीय रेलवे Sub: Permissible Carrying Capacity of BCNHL wagons for loading of Sugar. Ref.: Corrigendum No.70 dated 11.10.2022, Corrigendum No.94 dated 18.10.2023 & Corrigendum No.97 dated 20.12.2023 to Rates Master Circular on Block Rake/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination etc./2020. 1. In terms of above referred Corrigendum No.70 dated 11.10.2022 and Corrigendum No.94 dated 18.10.2023, Permissible Carrying Capacity (PCC) and Loading Tolerance on various routes for “BCNHL” wagons, when used for carrying “Sugar”, was notified as 60 tonnes and 0.5 Ton respectively w.e.f. 14.10.2022 till 31.10.2024. Further in terms of Corrigendum No.97 dated 20.12.2023, the same has been extended till further advice. 2. The subject matter has been reviewed and the Competent Authority has decided that PCC and Loading Tolerance for BCNHL as notified in terms of above referred Corrigendum, when used for carrying “Sugar” shall continue to remain valid till further advice. 3. All other terms and conditions of the Rates Master Circular under reference shall remain the same. 4. This issues in consultation with Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways.
