Ref: Corrigendum No.36 to Rates Master Circular on Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two -

Point Combination etc.2020/0 and its Correction Slip dated 05.09.2022.

1. Reference above, notifying Commercial Specifications of BLSSA and BLSSB type of

- wagons. Matter has been reviewed and the Competent Authority has decided to revise ‘Minimum number of wagons to be loaded’ of these wagons as under

agon 5 (minimum 2 BLSS A Car is mandatory.in a rake - LSSB 44 BLSSB Car) and no restriction for BLSS B Car) -

2. These instructions shall come into effect from 06.10.2023 and shall remain valid till further advice

3. This issues in consultation with Mechanical Directorate and with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways
