iv Attention is invited to Board's letter at reference (i) & (i), wherein Circuits have been notified for FCI rake movement on M/s adani owned BCBFG wagons. The Railway vide its letter (refer (iv) above) has now asked for permission of inter-circuit loading The matter has been examined and the Competent Authority has decided to permit dispatch of bulk rakes from Moga AALL Siding (FGDA) & Kaithal AALL Siding (MAAP) to Dhamora Silo Siding (FDM).

i. Letter No.2005/TT-I/10/AALL/59 dated 07.02.2006, 11.09.2006 &

31.07.2006;

ii. Letter of even number dated 08.02.2021 & 10.02.2023; and Northern Railway's

iv. Letter No.36-RD/LWIS/Policy/2022 dated 23.12.2022; and

v. Letter No.50/TGT/BCBFG dated 13.01.2023

Attention is invited to Board's letter at reference (i) & (ii), wherein Circuits have been notified for FCI rake movement on M/s adani owned BCBFG wagons. The Railway vide its letters (refer (iv) & (v) above) has now asked for permission of inter-circuit loading of FCI rakes.

The matter has been examined and the Competent Authority has already permitted dispatch of bulk rakes from Moga AALL Siding (FGDA) & Kaithal AALL Siding (MAAP) to Dhamora Silo Siding (FDM) in terms of Board’s letter of even number dated 10.02.2023.

The Competent Authority has further decided to permit dispatch of bulk rakes from Moga AALL Siding (FGDA) & Kaithal AALL Siding (MAAP) to and Kannauj Silo Siding (AALJ).

All other terms and conditions of above referred Board’s letters shall continue to apply unchanged.

This issues in consultation with Freight Marketing Directorate and Traffic

Transportation Directorates of Ministry of Railways.
