i. Board's letter No. 2006/TC(FM)/18/1 dated27.04.2006.
ii, Board's letter No. 2005/TT-1/10/AALL/59 dated 07.02.2006, 11.09.2006 &
31.07.2006.
ili, Board's letter of even No. dated 08.02.2021, 10.02.2023 & 14.02.2023.
iv. _NR's letter No. 50/TGT/BCBFG dated 10.06.2024 & 12.06.2024; and No.51-
RD/Misc.Corres./2018 dated 13.06.2024.

Attention is invited to Board's letters at reference (i) & (ii) wherein circuits have been notified
for FCI rake movement on M/s Adani owned BCBFG wagons. Further, vide letters at
reference i), ii) & (iii), permission has been granted for inter-circuit loading of BCBFG rakes
from Moga AALL siding (FGDA) & Kaithal AALL Siding (MAAP) to Elavur (ELRA),
Madukkarai (MDAD), Oddarhalli, Taloje (PATP), Bandel (BDC), Dhamora (FDM) and
Kannauj (AALJ).

In reference to the zone’s letter at reference (iv), the matter has been examined. The
Competent Authority has decided to permit inter-circuit loading at the following 0-0 pairs:-

IDagru (FGDA) and Pehowa |Darbhanga (AAGJ), Samastipur (AAGK) and

The Existing Silos are referred to the Consuming Silos as notified earlier which are
summarized as Elavur (ELRA), Madukkarai (MDAD), Oddarhalli, Taloje (PATP), Bandel
(BDC), Dhamora (FDM) and Kannayj (AALJ).

All other terms and conditions of above referred Board’s letters shall continue to apply
unchanged.

This issues in consultation with Freight Marketing and Traffic Transportation Directorate in
Ministry of Railways.
