Ref: i. Rates Master Circular/PCC/CC+8 etc./2020/0. Its Corrigendum No.23 dated 02.02.2021, Corrigendum No.44 dated 14.07.2021, Corrigendum No.61 dated 17.06.2022 and Corrigendum No.97 dated 20.12.2023. ii, Rates Master Circular on Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination etc./2020. Its Corrigendum No. 16 dated 02.02.2021. 1. Reference above, in terms of Annexure-| to Rates Master Circular/PCC/CC+8 etc./2020/0, list of wagons with PCC on 251 Axle Route fit for loading Iron ore(all types) has been prescribed. In terms of Corrigendum No.23 to Rates Master Circular/PCC/CC+8 etc./2020/0, the wagon BOXNHL25T was included in the list and in terms of Corrigendum No.97, PCC of BOXNHL25T (for Iron Ore all types, Limestone, Bauxite and Slag) has been notified up to one decimal place. 2. The Annexure-I to Corrigendum No.97 also specifies PCC of wagons over 25Tonne axle load routes and commodities permitted that can be loaded. 3. Matter has been reviewed and the Competent Authority has decided to permit ‘commodity "Clinker" to be loaded in BOXNHL25T wagon and charged for PCC 78.4 tonne. 4. Accordingly, SN.A.1 for Open Wagons, Annexure-| of Corrigendum No.97 to Rates Master Circular/PCC/CC+8/2020/0 shall be modified. 5. All other details of the Circular under reference shall remain the same. 6. These instructions shall come into force w.e-f. 11.07.2024 and shall remain valid till further advice.
