Ref.: | Rates Master Circular/PCC/CC+8 etc./2020/0; Rates Master Circular on Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination etc./2020/0; and Rates + Master Circular/Weighment/2019/0.

1. A proposal for fixation of Permissible Carrying Capacity (PCC), Loading Tolerance, Standard Rake Size, Minimum number of wagons to be loaded and Designed Tare Weight for BFNV wagons was under consideration of Board.

2. The matter has been examined, and it has been decided by the Competent Authority that for the purpose of charging “BFNV” wagon, Permissible Carrying Capacity (PCC) and Loading Tolerance (refer Rates Master Circular/PCC/CC+8 etc./2020/0) shall be as under: , .

3. The Standard Rake Size, Minimum number of wagons to be loaded for BFNV wagon (refer Rates Master Circular on Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination etc./2020/0) shall be as under:

5. All other instructions of Rates Master Circulars referred above shall remain the same.
