(1) These rules may be called the Railways (Punitive charges for overloading of wagon) Second Amendment Rules, 2018.

(a) under the heading Situation-A.,

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Oficial Gazette.

2. In the Railways (Punitive charges for overloading of wagon) Rules, 2012, in the SCHEDULE,

(b) under the heading Situation-B, () in Part-, in the sub-heading, for the words "for wagons other than BCNHL and BCCw wagons", the words "for wagons other than BCNHL, BCCW and BFNSM22.9 wagons" shall be substituted;

(ii) in Part-I, in item (ii), in the sub-heading, for the words "for BCCW wagons", the words "for BCCW and BFNSM22.9 wagons" shall be substituted.

(i) in Part-I, in the sub-heading, for the words "for wagons other than BCNHL and BCCW wagons", the words "for wagons other than BCNHL, BCCW and BFNSM22.9 wagons'" shall be substituted;

(ii) in Part-II, in item (ii), in the sub-heading, for the words "for BCCW wagons", the words "for BCCW and BFNSM22.9 wagons" shall be substituted.
