In this regard, it is clarified that in case of Mixed Rakes of BOXN and BRN/BOST/BFNS wagons, BRN group, BOST group and BFNS wagons may be treated as one type for reckoning the minimum number of wagons. The TEFD module may be modified accordingly. The past cases may not be reopened in the light of this clarification. This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation and Finance Directorates in the Ministry of Railways.
