It is advised that the rates for the subject movement may be determined on case to case basis depending upon the assured traffic, investment in terminals, modification of rakes, cost of running of rake(FDC) etc. It is requested that the rates that can be offered may be freshly worked out by DFCCIL clearly indicating the above parameters. There will be a Contract from DFCCIL for average number of service per day for two years.
