KKKKK The issue raised by DFCCIL (refer (i) above) has been examined in Board’s Office. It is clarified that the rates notified for the subject RO-RO service vide Board's letter at reference (ii) above are special in nature and are free of other ancillary charges i.e. Busy Season Surcharge, Development Surcharge, Terminal Charge. However, all other charges like GST will be leviable.
