Sub: Ro-Ro/ToT Service on New Rewari - New Palanpur Section on DFCCIL.

Ref:

i. Board's letter of even number dated 19.04.2023, 15.05.2023, 14.09.2023 &

07.08.2024.

ii. | DFCCIL letter No.HQ- OPBDOBD (BDD)/4/2022 dated 20.08.2024.

Vide Board’s letters under reference (i) above, special freight rates were notified for Ro-Ro/ToT service on New Rewari — New Palanpur section on DFCCIL whose validity is up to 17.09.2024.

2.0 The matter has been reviewed with reference to DFCCIL’s representation under reference (ii) above and it has been decided by the Competent Authority to permit subject movement at the existing freight rates notified vide letter of even number dated

07.08.2024 at reference (i) above which are as under:

3.0 The above rates are free of other ancillary charges i.e. Busy Season Charge, Development Charge, Terminal Charge. However, all other charges like GST shall be levied as per extant rules.

40 These instructions shall come into force w.e.f. 18.09.2024 and shall remain valid till further advice with an administrative review after one year.

5.0 This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation and with the concurrence

of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways.
