Sub: Operation of coal traffic between Lingraj Coal loading wharf (LMGT) and
Trade Hopper at Kanniha Siding (MNKT) - extension of concession to
Lingraj SILO siding of MCL (LSST).

The proposal contained in East Coast Railway's letters referred at (ii) above has been
examined in detail and the Competent Authority has decided in continuation to Board's
jetter referred at (i) above to allow extension of 25% concession on base freight to
the traffic loaded from Lingaraj SILO siding (LSST) to MGR unloading point at
NTPC/Kaniha (MNKT) on similar lines as is granted to the rakes loaded from
LMGT to MNKT subject to fulfilment of the provisions made in Board's letter referred at

(0 above, and East Coast Railway's letter referred at (iii) above. :

These instructions have retrospective effect from 30.04.2020 and shall remain in force
