Subject above, the array of inclusion of Private freight Terminals(PFTs) under Incentive Scheme for Freight Forwarders as permitted terminals is as under: Corrigendum No.8 to Rates Master Circular/FIS/2015/0 dated 25.09.2018 Circular/FIS/2015/0 dated 18.03.2019 Circular/FIS/2015/0 dated 11.03.2020 Circular/FIS/2015/0 dated 12.03.2021 Circular/FIS/2015/0 dated 30.03.2022 ः | Circular/FIS/2015/0 dated 17.03.2023 2. The matter has been reviewed and the Competent Authority have decided that Gati Shakti Terminals shall also be included in the Permitted Terminals for Incentive Scheme for Freight Forwarders. 3. This shall come into force w.e.f. 20.04.2023 and shall remain valid till 31.03.2024. 4. All others details of the Rates Circular and its corrigenda under reference shall continue to apply unchanged. 5. This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation Directorate and with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways.
