Please refer to Annexure | to Rates Master Circular under reference wherein Compositions of Block Rakes have been prescribed.

Sanction of the Railway Board is hereby accorded for Rake Composition of BRNA wagons fitted with special fixtures (EUR Rake) for carrying 260 meters long Rail in 5 tiers and its charging at Trainload Class rate. Accordingly, a new entry 34 (a) may be inserted in Annexure | to above referred Rates Master Circular as under:

BRN/BRNA/BRNAHS — wagons having । _ Ramper/Threader/Chute arrangement

In the above rake composition, BRN wagons shall be charged at respective PCC for class of commodity being carried. BCN (or its variant) shall be charged as Dummy Wagon at the rates notified from time to time. A Supplementary Charge of 5% on Base Freight Rate shall be levied for above rake composition.

All other conditions of the Rates Master Circular under reference shall remain unchanged.

These instructions shall come into effect from 20.08.2015 and shall remain valid for six (6) months 1.6. up to 19.02.2016.
