CORRIGENDUM No 07 TO RATES MASTER CIRCULAR BLOCK RAKES MINT RAKE TWO POINT © ‘OMBINATION ETC. 2013-0

Sub: Policy Guidelines- Transportation Products- Block Rake, Mini Rake, Two Point Combinations etc.

Ref: Rates Master Circular/Block Rake/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination etc/2015/0 dated 05.06.2015 and Corrigenda thereto.

1. Guidelines for Transportation Product for two point Rakes (covered wagons) have been laid down in Para 5.0 and the current list of combination of destination terminals notified is given in Annexure- II of the above referred Rates Master Circular.

2. On the request of East Central Railway and Northeast Frontier Railway the list has been reviewed and Board have decided to revise the same by adding some more combinations. The revised list of combination of destination terminals for East Central Railway and Northeast Frontier Railway is enclosed.

3. Sanction of the competent authority is hereby also accorded that henceforth “Two Point Combination” for destination terminals will be notified by Zonal Railways with the recommendation of CCM and COM, concurrence of FA&CAO and approval of General Manager under intimation to Traffic Transportation Directorate of Ministry of Railways. In case two Railways are involved, the notification shall be issued by any of them by mutual consultation.

4. FOIS/CRIS shall make necessary changes in TMS as per any such notification issued by any Zonal Railway.

5. All other terms and conditions as laid down tn above referred Rates Master Circular and Corrigenda thereto will remain unchanged.

6. These instructions will come into force with immediate effect.

7. This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation Directorate and with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
