Corrigendum No. 5 to RATES MASTER CIRCULAR/ BLOCK RAKES/MINI RAKE/TWO POINT COMBINATION ETC./2015/0 dated 15.03.2016

Policy Guidelines- Transportation Products - Block Rakes; Mini Rake (covered wagons), Two Point Rake (covered wagons), Multi Point Rake(covered wagons), Two and Multi Point Rake (other than covered wagons), Rakes from Two Originating Terminals (covered wagons) and Rakes from Two Originating Terminals (other than covered wagons).

. In terms of Rates Master Circular/Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination etc./2015/0 dated 05.06.2015 and Corrigendum thereto, various transportation products have been notified.

. In terms of Corrigendum 2 to Rates Master Circular/Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination etc./2015/0 (No.TCR/1017/2015/01 dated 18.09:2015), the Transportation Product in Mini Rakes, Two Point Rake (covered wagons) & Multi Point Rake (covered wagons) was restricted to BCNHL! wagons. The matter has been reviewed and following has been decided:

2.1 Para 4.0 (5) of Rates Master Circular/Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two Point

Combination etc./2015/0 (No. TCR/1017/2015/01 dated 05.06.2015) and Para 4.0 (1), 5.0 (1) and 6.0 (1) of corrigendum 2 to Rates Master Circular/Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination etc./2015/0 (No. TCR/1017/2015/01 dated 18.09.2015) may be read as under

3. All other conditions prescribed in the Rates Master Gircular/Block Rakes/Mini

Rake/Two Point Combination etc./2015/0 dated 05.06.2015 and Corrigendum thereto will remain unchanged.

4. This shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force for a period of one year i.e. upto 14.03.2017.

5. This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation directorate and

concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways. AG at oh जनरल
