Sub: Policy Guidelines- Transportation Products - Block Rakes; Mini Rake (covered wagons), Two Point Rake (covered wagons), Multi Point Rake(covered wagons), Two and Multi Point Rake (other than covered wagons), Rakes from Two Originating Terminals (covered wagons) and Rakes from Two Originating Terminals (other than covered wagons).

Combination etc./2015/0 dated 05.06.2015 and Corrigendum thereto.

1. In terms of Rates Master Circular/Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination

etc./2015/0 dated 05.06.2015 and Corrigendum thereto, various transportation

products have been notified. The matter has been reviewed and following has been decided:

1.1 Para 4.0 (1), 5.0 (1) and 6.0 (1) of the above referred Rates Master Circular may be revised as under:

Note: Changes have been shown in BOLD

2. Further, as a special dispensation, BCNHL Stock will be allowed to any Two Point and three point Combination destinations which are not more than 400 km apart till 30.11.2015 at Trainload class rate subject to fulfillment of conditions 2, 4,5 & 6 of Para 5.0 & 6.0 of Rates Master Circular/Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination etc./2015/0 dated 05.06.2015.

3. All other conditions prescribed in the Rates Master Circular/Block Rakes/Mini Rake/Two Point Combination etc./2015/0 dated 05.06.2015 and Corrigendum thereto will remain unchanged.

4. An appreciation report should be furnished by the Zonal Railways.

5. This comes into effect from 28.09.2015.

6. This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation directorate and | concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways | Sole
