Sub: Haulage charges recoverable for movement of Milk traffic in Railway Milk Tankers (RMT) owned by private parties.

Ref: Railway Board’s Freight Marketing Circular No. 07 of 2018 dated 14.03.2018.

In order to promote milk traffic, Ministry of Railways have decided, as a special case, not to increase the haulage rates for movement of Milk traffic for the period from 01.07.2019 to

30.06.2020. Accordingly, the haulage rates for movement of Milk traffic for the period from

01.07.2019 to 30.06.2020 shall remain the same as per the haulage charges applicable for the period

01.07.2018 to 30.06.2019, notified vide FM Circular no. 07 of 2018 dated 14.03.2018.

2. There is no change in other terms and conditions.

3. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of yO)
