Principal Chief Commercial Managers, All Zonal Railways.

Sub: Acceptance of Indents for VPs in Parcel Special Trains.

Ref: Railway Board’s Instruction of even number dated 31.03.2020, 23.03.2020, and

14.04.2020.

ने के ने ने ने In continuation of the instruction of even number dated 31.03.2020, 23.03.2020, and 14.04.2020, Zonal Railway may continue booking and loading of parcels which are to be carried in Parcel Special Trains (including indented Parcel Vans).

Booking of parcels to be loaded in passenger-carrying trains shall remain restricted till the midnight of 17.05.2020. This restriction shall also be applicable on

booking and loading of Parcel Vans to be attached in Passenger-carrying trains.

All existing rules and instructions regarding charging of Parcels shall remain in

place.
