Zonal Railways are requested to advise all concerned to ensure preparation and submission of On line Goods Balance Sheet.

b ~\ During the meeting convened by OSD to MT Railway Board on

06.04.2017, it was communicated that all the Zonal Railways shall ensure preparation and submission of Onlinc Goods Balance Sheet w.c.f. April' 2017.

A 0.0. letter in this regard was issued from CAO/FOIS to CCMs Railways and the position is being monitored by FOlS organization.

Though a substantial increase in preparation and submission or Online Goods Balance Sheet has been noticed during April to October' 2017 (674 locations prepared Online Goods Balance Sheet for September' 2017 as against 174 locations for the montb of April" 2017), it is noticed that progress or some Zonal Railways is not satis~, As per 7.one-wise position of Online Goods Balance Sheet prepared for the month or September' 2017 as against total number of TMS locations (enclosed as annexure 'A'), no location over FCR, NCR, NER & SWR have prepared Online Goods Balance Siicet for the month or September' 2017 whereas negligible number of locations over FCoR, NR, NWR, SER, SI·:CR & WCR have prepared Onlinc Goods Balance Sheet of the month or September' 2017.

In view of the above it is requested that Chief Commercial Managers 01' all tbe Zonal Railways.
