Chief Commercial Manager South Eastern Railway Sub: Weighment of Steel Consignment rakes Ref: Rates Master Circular/Weighment/2019/0 and its Corrigendum No.3 It has come to the notice of Board that Steel Consignment rakes are being booked from certain terminals of SER(namely HSPG, BSCS etc) on sender's weight basis by not following the board's guidelines. Reference is invited to Para 3.2 of Rates Master Circular under reference which prescribes condition for dispensation of weighment of Steel Consignment.
