No. TC-II/2910/2020/ Special Train/Covid-19 New Delhi, 28.05.2020.

The Principal Chief Commercial Managers, All Zonal Railways.

Sub: Modification in instructions for 15 pairs of Special Rajdhani and 100 pairs of Special Mail Exp trains running with effect from 12.05.2020 and 01.06.2020 respectively.

Ref: (a) This office letters of even no. dated 11.05.2020 & 13.05.2020 and

22.05.2020.

(b) Coaching Directorate’s Message no. DT P/2020/05/025 dated

11.05.2020 and no. DTP/2020/05/285 dated 220.05.2020.

1. In continuation of above, it has been further decided to increase the advance reservation period of all Specials notified by Coaching directorate vide message mentioned in ref (9) above, from 30 days to 120 days.

2. Other terms and conditions of the special trains shall remain same as that of

regular time tabled trains.

. Booking of Parcel and luggage shall be permitted.

4. The above shall be implemented with effect from 08:00 hrs of train booking date of 31 May 2020 onwards.

5. Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned so as to make these details available to all the concerned staff well in advance.

6. The receipt of this letter may be acknowledged. These instructions can also be viewed on the Indian Railways website-www.indianrailways.gov.in under the head commercial circulars in Traffic Commercial Directorate.
