(ii) MilRail's letter No.B/18.227llIllADG Strat Mov/Ivlilrail dt.10.06.2026 Please refer to MilRail's letter under rgference(ii) enclosing a letter from ADG Mov/MoD(Anny) wherein it is mentioned that Defence Authority las requested to grant waiver to the present costing parameter reqgirement of minimum 30 wagons/coaches of militqry rakes, and sought permission to move 20 wagons/coaches.
The matter has been exarnined in consultation with Traffic Transportation directorate of Railway Board. Extant guidelines holds good and any further relaxation in the minimum formatiorVcosting parameter below 30 wagons/coaghes may not be operationalty feasible.
