Sub: Issue of multiple RRs under Hub & Spoke system Ref: (i) Addendum dt.20.04.2017 to Rates Master Circular/CRT-CCR-Hub&Spoke/2015/0

(ii) Board’s letter No.TC-I/2016/103/1 dt.14.09.2018

References have been received for issuance of multiple RRs under Hub & Spoke system.

Extant guidelines regarding issue of multiple RRs for a single container train are stipulated vide Board’s letter under reference(ii), para (viii) of which says - “the facility of ‘multiple RRs for a single container train’ will not be permitted under Hub & Spoke movement till relevant issues are sorted out’.

CRIS/FOIS has advised that preparation of multiple RRs in case of Hub & Spoke movement has been enabled in the system(TMS/FOIS).

Accordingly, Para (viii) of Board’s letter under reference (ii) may be modified as under:

“(viii) The facility of ‘multiple RRs for a single container train’ will be permitted under Hub & Spoke movement’.

This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation Directorate of Railway Board.
