भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रेलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No.TC-I/2022/101/efile/e-RD(3412556) New Delhi, dt.17.05.2023 Chief Commercial Manager(FS) SECR Sub: Registration of demand for wagons electronically(e-RD) Ref: Board’s letter No.TC-I/2019/101/1(3318665) dt.26.09.2022 Please refer to SECR’s letter No.C/SECR/BSP/e-RD/Computer No.61683 dt.17.11.2022 wherein inter alia referring to Board's letter dt.26.09.2022 under reference regarding making e-RD mandatory, Railway has requested to advise CRIS for modification in the system to meet certain emergent situations. The matter has been examined in consultation with Traffic Transportation directorate of Ministry of Railways. It is to state that extant guidelines holds good and no change in the extant guidelines seems justified.
