Chief Commercial Manager West Central Railway Sub: Waiver of Demurrage/Wharfage Ref:(i)Rates Master C ircular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0 and its amendments (ii) WCR’s letter No. WCR/HQ/C/G-32 1/E272979/E25073 dt.23.01.2025 Please refer to WCR’s letter under reference (ii) wherein Railway has forwarded the HPCL's request for consideration of application for waiver of Demurrage after due date of prescribed time limit. The matter has been examined and it is to state that the time limit for preferring the first application for waiver of Demurrage Charge is already defined and the same holds good.
