Corrigendum No.57. of Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0 भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (<a बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No.TC-I/2021/201/efile/1 (3344010) New Delhi, dt.02.05.2025 General Manager All Zonal Railways Sub: Rate of Stabling Charge Ref: (i) Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0 (ii)Board’s letter No.TC-I/2021/201/efile/1 (3344010) dt.28.03.2025 Please refer to para 6.0 of Chapter-I of the circular under reference(i) stipulating guidelines regarding levy of Stabling Charge for the detention of privately owned stock, including container wagons, at railway premises. Presently, rate of Stabling Charge is 7650/- per wagon per day or part of a day and is valid upto 30.04.2025 as per Board’s letter under reference(ii). The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to revise the rate of Stabling Charge from %650/- to 700/- per wagon per day or part of a day in case of all privately owned wagons including wagons owned by container operator. The revised rate will be effective from 01.05.2025 and will remain valid for a period of one year.
