Chief Commercial Manager WCR Sub: Advance Stacking at Railway Premises Ref: Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0 Please find enclosed herewith a copy of letter No.WCR/V-HQNI/PC/20191001386 dt.21.06.2022 from Dy.CVO(Traffic)/Jabalpur wherein it is mentioned that on several occasions, stacking of coal has been done by the party without permission and without placing any indent. In this regard, extant guidelines for advance stacking at Railway premises as prescribed vide Para 7.0 of Chapter-II of Rates Master Circular under reference is reiterated. As per extant guidelines, permission for advance stacking will be granted to such rail users only, who have indented for the wagons. It is also observed that on several occasions stacking of coal has been done by the party without permission ancr,viTnout placing any indent.
