Chief Commercial Manager East Central Railway Sub: Acceptance of Weight provided by Static Weighbridge Ref: Addendum dt.23.02.24 to Rates Master Circular/Provision of Weighbridge/2019/0 Please refer to ECR’s letter No.ECR/CRM/FMS/04/DC-WC/24 dt.16.12.2024 wherein inter alia referring to the guidelines regarding acceptance of weight provided by Static Weighbridge, Railway has sought vendor list of Static Weighbridge. The matter has been examined. It is to state that the guidelines prescribed vide Board's circular under reference is relevant in case of Static Weighbridge at private sidings. The conditions for permitting static weighbridge are laid down vide para 6.5 of the circular. Zonal Railway may take necessary action as per the guidelines.
