Addendum No.2 of Rates Master Circular/E-payment/2019/0 भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रेलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No. TC-I/2021/104/efile/Epayment (3342227) New Delhi, dt.13.08.2024 General Manager All Zonal Railways Sub: E-payment System - single agreement in case of NTPC Ref: Rates Master Circular/E-payment/2019/0 and its amendments Reference has been received from NTPC regarding single e-payment agreement, in place of separate agreement with concerned Zonal Railways. Vide Para 3.3.1 of circular under reference, CTOs are permitted single e-payment agreement facility with NR, as nodal railway. The matter has been examined and it has been decided to permit the facility of single E- payment agreement in case of NTPC, by inserting an additional Para 3.3.2 in Rates Master Circular/E-payment/2019/0, as under: 3.3.2: NTPC may be allowed the facility of single e-payment agreement with NR, as nodal railway, for all its terminals, as per Para 3.3.1 above."
