Premium Indent FOIS has raised a query regarding methodology for calculating Premium Charge in case

FOIS has raised a query regarding methodology for calculating Premium Charge in case of STS customer. . In this regard, it is to advise that Premium Charge will be worked out @15% on normal freight as per extant guidelines, for all type of customers including STS customers. It may be noted that STS concession is not applicable on Premium Indent Railway Receipt. This issues in consultation with Traffic Transportation directorate and with the concurrence of Finance directorate of Railway Board.
