Ref: (i) Board's letterNo.TC-I/2019/201/6 (3298964) dt. 16.07.2021 Please refer to NR's letter No. 939755/2022/0/0/PCCM/HQ/NR dt. 02.09.2022 seeking clarification with respect to the power of waiver of Demurrage/Wharfage charge.
In this regard, it is to state that Schedule of Power regarding waiver of Demurrage/Wharfage as prescribed vide Board's letter under reference holds good and the same may be followed.
