(ii) Corrigendum 49 of Rates Master Circular/CRT-CCR-Hub&Spoke/2015/0 Please refer to the guidelines for review of classification of Railway Premises on yearly basis in the month of May to be notified for the period July to June stipulated vide Paras 2.1 &
2.3 and for mid-term review vide Para 2.3 of Chapter II of Rates Master Circular/Demurrage- Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0. Further, Para 4.7 of Corrigendum 49 of Rates Master Circular/CRT- CCR-Hub&Spoke/2015/0 prescribes guidelines for classification of Container Rail Terminals (CRTs).
Reference has been received from one of the zonal railway highlighting issues with regard to collection of data for reviewing the classification.
The matter has examined and following has been decided -
• Review of classification of goods sheds/stations/CRTs will be done by the system (TMS/FOIS) by 1 o" working day of May every year (beginning from 2024) and the same will be advised to the concerned Zonal Railways by CRIS/FOIS.
• Thereafter, Zonal Railway will take further action for issuing instructions to all concerned.

• When a Zonal Railway feel there is a need for a mid-term review, the Railway will seek requisite details from CRIS/FOIS and take action as per extant guidelines.
