Corrigendum to Rates Circular No.13 of 2022 भारत सरकार GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय ~ MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (रैलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No.TC-I/2019/101/1(3318665) New Delhi, dt.11.07.2023 General Manager All Zonal Railways Sub: Change of commodity after registration of indent for wagons Ref: (i) Chapter-II of Goods Tariff Part-I(Vol-I) (ii)Rates Circular No.13 of 2022 Please refer to Rates Circular No.13 of 2022 modifying the Para 201(13) of Chapter-II of Goods Tariff Part-I(Vol-I) regarding change of commodity after registration of indent for wagons. The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to revise the guidelines as under: eS Existing guidelines Revised guidelines *201(13) Change of Commodity- Change201(13) Change of Commodity- Change of Commodity of Commodity is not permitted in alin a registration already made will be permitted freely at egistration already made” Private Sidings as long as it is in the same priority group. At all other terminals, change of commodity will not be permitted in a registration already made. However, change of commodity in upto 20% of the wagons indented may be ermitted where multiple commodities have been indented within a rake. Divisional Officers(Sr.DCM/DCM) are authorised to ermit above mentioned change in commodity. These guidelines will not be applicable in case of goods traffic pertaining to Bangladesh." These guidelines may be implemented w.e.f.15.07.2023.
