Sub: Clearance of outstanding dues including Demurrage and Wharfage before closure of the financial year 2016-17

Board (MT) has directed to take urgent action on the following:

e Coordinate/organize and take all possible action to maximize realization of outstanding dues including Demurrage and Wharfage Charges before closure of the financial year 2016-17.

e Commercial officials may be deputed at Control and Major Depots to ensure :

timely issue of Railway Receipts against loading done on the last day of the Bes current month. ‘ j

All concerned may be advised for strict compliance.

Sr. DCMs should deploy ACM/CMI at all loading points to ensure that Railway Receipts(RRs) is issued for all the rakes loaded on 31° March 2017 without fail. ,
