Sub: e-Payment system Ref: Rates Master Circular/E-Payment/2014/1

CRIS has developed and implemented E-Payment Agreement Configuration System (EPACS) for submitting e-payment Agreement documents.

In place of manual submission, Zonal Railways are advised to follow EPACS for

transmitting e-payment agreement documents to FOIS/CRIS. In case’ Zonal Railway

has an issue/difficulty in doing so, the same may be advised to Railway Board by 30" September 2017 positively.
