Please refer to SER’s letters under reference seeking certain clarification regarding e-payment system.

The matter has been examined and issue-wise clarification is given below:

through single bank account for his multiple customers, he may be allowed to do so if the Bank agrees for the same. However, the Agent will have to execute distinct quadripartite e-payment agreements and submit distinct LC/BGs for each of his

customers.

3 Payment through single bank |If a customer is operating from different account by a SFTO operating from | zonal railways and desires to make e- two zonal railways payment from single bank account, he may

be allowed to do so if the Bank agrees for the same. However, the customer will have to execute separate e-payment agreement with concerned zonal railways and submit separate LC/BG. Further, the freight collected should be credited to the deposit account of the concerned Zonal Railway(s).
