This office letter dt. 14.11.2024 In reference to the above, the guidelines of Online Waiver and refund of DemurregeNWharfage have been implemented in the system w.e 01.10.2022. After implementation of online waiver system of 0000, many Suggestions of Zonal Railways have also been incorporated inthe systom, As on date, 1053 cases are pending for refund of waived amount of Demurrage/harfage charge due to the reason that waiver applications of DemurrageNvharfage have not been finalized by the Competent Authorities within time bat 25 कल Bank guidelines (upto 180 days in case of UPI, upto 365 days in case of net banking & redivdebit card). Now, your kind attention is requested for timely completion of waiver ‘As per the board's guidelines, the time bar waiver refund cases may be processed developed a functionality in TMS/Zonal Queries, For refund of ime bar cases, a new task "MANUAL REFUND OF DEMURRAGEMWHARFAGE WAIVER" has been designed in FOIS/TMS Zonal Queries to show all such pending cases.
