All Indian Railways Gov Ministry of Railways Railway Board ndia Sub: Levy of demurrage on dumnmy wagons attached to ODC rakes New Delhi, Dt. a 1.2006 A clarification has been sought by South East Central Railway whether demuirage charge is leviable on dummy wagons attached to ODC rakes.

It is advised that demurrage charge should be levied on dummy wagons attached to QDC rakes as per extant rules/instructions.

This issues in consultation with the Finance Directorate in the Ministry of Railways.
