Dispensation from mandatory(100%) weighment may be permitted in the case of container rake loaded with containers carrying ‘standard bags of uniform size’. While booking, the operator will give a written undertaking in the forwarding note that the ‘bags in the containers are standard bags of uniform size filled with uniform weight of commodity’. It may be ensured that no commodity in any form other than standard bags of uniform size is loaded in the rake.
