The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to extend the validity of above mentioned guidelines beyond 30.09.2024 for a further period of one year i.e. upto 30.09.2025, It has also been decided to implement these guidelines on all Zonal Railways. Zonal Railways may conduct a comprehensive study on impact of these guidelines and submit their report to the Board.
