Ref: Board's letter No. TC-1/2020/1 08/efile/1 (3323287/3323065) dt.22.09..2022
Please refer to Board’s letter under reference regarding hosting of application software of
EIMIWB OEMs on Railway Cloud Server.
FOIS has informed that hosting of application software of EIMWB OEMs on Railway Cloud
Server has not been implemented by most of the vendors. Copy of minutes of the meeting with vendors,
conducted by FOIS. is enclosed herewith.
In this regard. guidelines prescribed vide Board’s letter under reference are reiterated. as under:
Commercial Department of Zonal Railways are requested to advise all private EJMWB
owners to coordinate with OEMs o.f EIMWBs for rolling out this system of access to OEM
application so.f-t\tore of the EIN4WBs. CRIS/FOIS and Mechanical Department of concerned

D}’.CPM/FOIS gave a brief introduction about the project and progress
of the shifting of OEMs of various vendors on Railway cloud. server
(Details is as per Annex-A).
Currently only one vendor M/S Rice lake has implemented the cloud
based wciglrment software at Railway weighbridges only. (Details is
attached). Instruction were given to all vendors to complete atleast all
Railway weight)ridge location till 31 st October 2024.
If
For the private u'eighbridges the vendors are raising cost of shifting of
their application on Railway Cloud Server (the cost of 'developing the
i\£)plictltic)n will be raised from the private weight)ridges). it is
Incl\Lioned that private sidings are reluctant to pay them the said
charges. As per the letter issued by Railway Board vide letter no. TC-
1/2CJ'20/IC)8/efile/ 1 (3323287/3323065) dated 
22.09.2022
