The matter has been examined in consultation with Traffic Transportation directorate of Railway Board and query-wise remarks are given below- No. Query Remarks 1. As no commodity exemption is mentioned ~ the policy, Yes whether the policy is applicable on coal? 2. As coal loading is governed by PTO for programmed & non- Yes programmed coal separately, whether the policy is applicable to both siding & goods shed? 3. Can indent once placed be converted to premium indent by No paying surcharge of 15%? 4.
